9 Life Secrets

Human longevity is possible to 120 years, in the following nine ways.

Hormones: All body processes are controlled by hormones. Hormone production was modified as under.

Increases from birth to puberty. Maximum at puberty. At age 40, reduces to 40 per cent of maximum. At age 90 reduces to 5 per cent of maximum. When hormone production is zero, death occurs. Direct injection of hormones is involved in a controversy. Only the hormone melatonin is contained in oats, corn, rice, ginger, tomato, banana and barley; 400-1800 Pieco gr per gr. Other foods which increase hormone production are cheese, spirulina, chicken, turkey, almonds, peanuts, milk, yogurt, niacin-rich food, vitamin B6, calcium, sunlight, fasting, low-fat diet, four-hour intervals between meals, aerobic running, race walking, treadmill, weight lifting and stationary cycling. Beta blocker, prozac, caffene, steroids, tobacco, alcohol and diabetes inhibit production of hormones.

Glycosylation: Sugar is sweet and so everyone likes it. So, sugar was used as a medium to reduce the age to 120 years. Excess sugar leads to degeneration of DNA, brain cells and is the starting point of many diseases. The remedy is to keep the fasting sugar between 80 and 110, and HBAIC at about 6.5 equivalent to 135 mg/dl.
