Based in Pune, young firm LeoSpaces was established in 2020 and is all about catering to what the client wants. The design team, led by ID Pooja Nahar, pride themselves on capturing the essence and personality of the homeowner through their design flourishes, which are always replete with style, sophistication, elegance, and warmth. The E11VEN Residence, located in one of the busiest and most prosperous commercial hubs in Pune, is a testament to exactly that!
The Avaanti ABIL residential building, which houses this home, soars up into the sky, enjoying a rare, serene ambiance right in the centre of the bustling city. The 4-bhk residence comes spread across an extravagant 3,800 sq ft. "Based on our understanding of luxury properties and homes, this home develops an atmosphere with a unique lifestyle, one which the residents can love, enjoy, and desire. We chose a vibrant, minimalistic interior and elegant geometric accents to anchor the design," says Pooja.
CONTEMPORARY SOPHISTICATION
The homeowners approached the designer with a clear brief in mind - a space that was both modern and sophisticated, with neutral tones and a mix of materiality and contemporary style that also catered to entertaining. Bringing their love for marble into the spotlight early during the design processes, the lavish yet minimal design boasts of a stunning use of natural stones, both in the riveting flooring, as well as ingeniously cladding the walls for an aesthetic that oozes opulence.
