Annual Periodic Labor Survey 2021- 2022 verified that agriculture has the highest estimated female labour force participation of 62.9 per cent. Despite challenges, women in agribusiness are not only contributing to the growth of the industry but are also overcoming obstacles to establish themselves as key players in the field.
