The 47-year-old former Voice coach, who once called hangovers "a badge of honor" and confesses boozing "is part of my schtick," now wants to swear off hooch. Insiders say his health-nut wife, Gwen Stefani, 54, tells Blake his life would improve by going cold turkey.

Ironically, Blake makes New Year's resolutions to quit but admits: "I haven't managed to stop drinking yet. Even cutting back has been hard. I mean, it's a resolution, though. That's my New Year's Blake Gwen resolution to either cut back or stop drinking altogether."
