And Joan may be rightly worried friends fear her tomorrows are severely limited, no matter how tough she is!

"She's only ten months off 90 but acts like a thirtysomething and it's starting to catch up with her," spills an insider. "Joan's got the heart of a lioness, but all the globetrotting and eating out night after night in fancy restaurants is too much.
