Charges sex attacks by old boss Lythgoe

TROUBLED singer Paula Abdul has clobbered her old American Idol boss Nigel Lythgoe with a shocking lawsuit claiming the Hollywood power player repeatedly sexually attacked her and she was forced to stay quiet to save her job.

 Now 61, Paula says she didn't reveal the incidents including an assault on her assistant April - because Lythgoe had the power to fire her as an Idol judge and from another gig on So You Think You Can Dance.

She says Lythgoe, who produced Idol from its 2002 start to 2014 and was a producer and panelist on Dance from 2005 to 2015, first assaulted her in a hotel elevator during their first years of working together.
