DISGRACED attorney Alex Murdaugh, who stands accused of being a one-man crime wave, will have charges brought against him for the brutal slaying of his wife and son in 2021, say South Carolina authorities.
The pending homicide charges come 18 months after Murdaugh called 911 to report finding the bodies of his wife, Maggie Murdaugh, 52, and troubled son, Paul, 22, who were gunned down at the family’s hunting lodge.
On July 12, South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) officials delivered the news to Murdaugh’s younger brother John Marvin that they plan to present evidence in the case to a grand jury — and they did not reference any other suspects in the shocking crime.
