They’ve been starring together on screen for decades and are firm friends in real life, too. The camaraderie between George Clooney and Brad Pitt was clear to see when the two movie stars arrived at the Venice International Film Festival to promote their latest project, joking and larking about on the red carpet.

So easy is their rapport, it’s perhaps a surprise that the pair, who starred together in the Oceans film trilogy, haven’t shared the big screen since the Coen Brothers’ Burn After Reading in 2008. But they’re back together in Wolfs, playing professional fixers hired to cover up a crime committed by a high-profile figure.

Their off-screen chemistry proves to be as strong as their on-screen magic, as the Hollywood actors, who have been seen out recently on double dates with their partners – international human rights lawyer Amal Clooney, whom George married in 2014, and jewellery executive Inés de Ramón, who has been dating Brad since 2022 – affectionately tease each other in a joint interview.
