BEAUTY queen Noelia Voigt abruptly stepped down as Miss USA just seven months into her reign after tangling with pageant president and CEO Laylah Rose amid charges of bullying and sexual harassment, sources exclusively tell The National ENQUIRER!

And just one day after The ENQUIRER called the organization to address the allegations, Miss Teen USA UmaSofia Srivastava gave back her crown too, saying, "I've decided to resign as I find that my personal values no longer fully align with the direction of the organization." While Noelia's decision shocked fans, those closest to the 24-year-old brunette aren't surprised and claim Rose has created a toxic workplace that threatens to upend the 72-year-old beauty pageant.

In fact, the same day that UmaSofia, 17, turned in her crown, a group of Miss USA contestants released a joint statement asking the organization to release Voigt from a confidentiality clause in her contract, saying, "Our goal is to give Noelia her voice back"
