"She's holding out hope they can fix things - but she's also preparing for the worst," dishes an insider.

The domineering diva, whose $400 million cash stash is twice as grand as her man's more modest fortune, failed to ink a prenup with the sullen Batman stud before eloping to Las Vegas in July - and now J.Lo is jonesing to get a deal in place, the tipster blabs.
