The 66-year-old tennis legend — dubbed the world’s greatest Wimbledon singles champion — recently revealed she was diagnosed with throat and breast cancer after detecting a swollen lymph node in her neck in November. She says the “double whammy is serious but fixable.”

“I’m hoping for a favorable outcome,” says Martina, who is married to Russian beauty queen Julia Lemigova, 50. “It’s going to stink for a while, but I’ll fight with all I have got!”
