PERRY'S AUTOPSY SPARKS CALL FOR NEW DEATH PROBE

TRAGIC Matthew Perry’s autopsy results are poised to trigger a new investigation into why the troubled drug addict was prescribed the medication that ultimately killed him — and who supplied the fatal dose, say sources.

“It’s starting to hit home hard Matthew was given terrible medical advice,” spills a concerned insider. “If he’d been lucky enough to have better people in his medical corner, he’d still be alive today.”

The Friends actor was found floating “face down” in the hot tub at his Pacific Palisades home on Oct. 28. He was 54. According to the autopsy report released by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s office, he died from the acute effects of anesthetic ketamine, an FDA-approved injectable drug often used to treat depression and anxiety that is also widely available in other forms on the street.
