The Strictly head judge showcased the results of her 9lb weight loss after spending a week at a juicing retreat in Portugal. Shirley, 62, said she was "feeling fabulous" as she posed in a bikini on Instagram.
"I'm on my way to feeling healthy and embracing my authentic self," she said. Shirley explained she's now "juicing each day" and also practises yoga in the mornings.
"A reminder for you all to love yourself and your bodies no matter what others say or how hard it may be," she added. "Your body is your home that carries you through this journey called life."

The 56-year-old looked incredible as she shared an Instagram post to celebrate hitting 25 million followers.
"Thank you so so much to every single one of you. Seeing as you all like my bikini pictures the most, here's a bikini workout for you all," the actress wrote.
"I hate exercising - but I love to celebrate good moments dancing in the water. I am genuinely moved and grateful for all your love and support."
If only we looked this good at our aqua aerobics class...
