Gemma Collins knows how to live life to the full. Whether that’s having the best summer ever, loving her body (no diet required), or just saying a prayer for her haters.
It even means planning for the future, as she’s teamed up with Pension Attention to encourage us to set up a pension ready to live our best lives later down the line.
The GC, 43, sat down with us to talk about how she’s doing that, the hit reality show she wants to appear on and embracing her natural look – no filter needed…
Hey, Gemma! You just got back from Greece, how was it?
I thoroughly enjoyed it. I went to Thessaloniki, and it was 10 out of 10. I’ve had an amazing summer, with two lovely holidays. I’ve had the summer of dreams. I went to Italy with my nephew and literally ate pizza and pasta every night, it’s so incredible there.
You’re a great advocate for body confidence, how have you found that balance between being healthy but not dieting?
