Peter Andre could be considering going back to the courts after his ex mother-in-law Amy Price made comments about him in her new book.
While it’s no secret the Mysterious Girl singer isn’t happy about being dragged back into more Katie Price drama, new can exclusively reveal that he may be considering legal action.
A source close to Pete told us Amy’s less-than-complimentary comments about his wedding day and relationship with Katie are “upsetting” for him and wife Emily, and he’s prepared to fight back.
Katie, 45, and Pete, 50 – who share children Junior, 18, and Princess, 16 – have had a strained relationship since they divorced in 2009, and it’s not the first time their private lives have spilled over into a potential courtroom clash.
Our source claimed, “Pete’s considering legal action. He just doesn’t understand why his name keeps being mentioned – it was a long time ago. This shouldn’t be allowed to happen again and is upsetting for him and Emily.”
Pete and Katie we married in a fairy-tale wedding at Highclere Castle in 2005 – which included Katie’s now infamous pink tulle wedding dress, which she recently put up for sale. But there was no happily ever after, and the pair divorced four years later.
