Chrissy Teigen and John Legend officially have a full house, after welcoming their fourth child via surrogate. The couple announced the arrival of their son, Wren Alexander Stephens, on social media - just five months after the cookbook author gave birth to daughter Esti.

The newborn's name is a touching tribute to their surrogate, Alexandra, who Teigen revealed has become part of their family. In a lengthy Instagram post, the 37-year-old opened up about their journey to have their longed-for four children, with the couple starting the surrogacy process a year after losing their son Jack in September 2020 midway through the pregnancy.
