The atrical tensions are set to bring bloodshed and intrigue for the trio of savvy amateur sleuths at the heart of Only Murders in the Building.
The much-anticipated third run of the glossy Disney+ comedy drama centres again on neurotic director Oliver Putnam (played by Martin Short), has been actor Charles-Haden Savage (Steve Martin) and troubled artist Mabel Mora (Selena Gomez), residents of opulent Manhattan apartment block The Arconia who bonded while making a true-crime podcast charting their investigations into the murders of two of their neighbours.
Now, their crime-solving talents will be tested like never before as, on the opening night of Oliver’s new Broadway play, Death Rattle, in which Charles is appearing, the show’s egotistical leading man, Ben Glenroy (played by Hollywood favourite Paul Rudd), meets a sticky end.
Keen to get to the bottom of Ben’s strange demise, Oliver, Charles and Mabel are soon searching for clues and delving into the lives of his colleagues and associates, with whom he had frequently clashed…
