TO FOLLOW her on social media is to get a regular dose of feel-good vibes. Here she is cuddling a puppy, there she is with her beloved Friends co-stars, and here she is again hugging a tree - it's Jennifer Aniston in all her glossy, golden-haired glory.
Yet Jen has had her fair share of knocks over the decades, including two high-profile divorces, years of infertility struggles and the loss of her parents.
But it seems nothing can keep the bounce-back queen of Tinseltown down.
Jen (54) recently revealed more details of her fertility struggles and how her friends rallied around her. She also shared her fitness secrets in a new collaboration with a fitness brand and how she learned to listen to her body after pushing it too hard for years.
Here's a look at the ups and downs of everyone's favourite friend.
UNSTABLE CHILDHOOD
Her parents, actor John Aniston and model Nancy Dow, divorced when she was nine and their split affected her deeply.
"Watching adults being unkind to each other and witnessing certain things about human behaviour made me think: 'I don't want to do that. I don't want to be that, she told Interview magazine.
As a result, she found relationships "a little bit difficult". "I didn't like the idea of sacrificing who you were or what you needed. I didn't have any real training in that give-and-take!"
THE TRAUMA OF BRANGELINA
Her romance with Brad Pitt was a Hollywood fairytale, and the pair wed in 2000 in a lavish wedding that featured 50 000 flowers, four bands and a 24-minute firework display.
Then Brad starred in Mr & Mrs Smith with Angelina Jolie in 2004 and everything imploded. Jen filed for divorce the following year- and the ink had barely dried when W magazine ran a 60-page photo spread featuring Brad and Angie as an early 1960s-style married couple.
