What does a self-care day look like to you? To me, it can be a slow day where I unapologetically make time to do nothing. Or, conversely, a hashtag-productive version in which I start the day with a reformer class, do grocery shopping, followed by a catch-up at a café, and indulge in a facial treatment to wrap the day.
