CELEBRATING THE LOVE FOR HORSES AT THE RANCH

Homeland Chandigarh Horseshow is a premium equestrian festival of the region and was organized at The Ranch last month from 1st to 7th November. It was a mega carnival and had competitions in Equestrian disciplines of Dressage, Show Jumping & Tent Pegging. The week-long event was held in partnership with Bubby Badal Foundation and welcomed participants, spectators, and families under stunning gazebo tents to mark the quintessential festive spirit with inclusive experiences for all. The show introduced the very First Chandigarh Derby on the 6th of November which was powered by Pioneer Toyota. This featured the best horse and rider combination over natural obstacles on 1100-metre-long tracks.

Talking about how his love for horses began, Gursher Badal, Co-Founder, The Ranch says, "I have been very fond of horses since childhood. Coming from Punjab, we have seen horses at everyone's homes in the village, so I have been around them since childhood. Also, our history is also filled with majestic horses, which always inspired and fascinated me. I started riding during my school days and the love for them has been growing since then."
