FRESH BUTTER-20ml
WHIP TOP CREAM-150ml
BUTTER BISCUIT-50gm
MASCARPONE CHEESE-75gm
DARK CHOCOLATE-150gm
Method
- Crush butter biscuit and mix with melted butter, arrange in baking tray, Take a small round shape mould, press on biscuit sheet and bake it for at least 10 minutes. Keep it aside.
- Boil the double cream, add butter, chocolate and mix well.
- Sieve the chocolate sauce and keep it aside.
- Cream cheese mix with whip top rich cream, finally add prepared chocolate sauce to mix well.
