Marmalade glazed duck
This one-pan wonder comes together in a flash. Great with mash or just a simple salad on the side.
SERVES 6 PREP 5 MINS COOK 35 MINS
Mashed potato, to serve
1 Heat the oven to 200C Fan/Gas 7. Mix the marmalade, Dijon mustard, mustard powder and whisky together. Season well. Slash the duck legs and spoon over the marmalade mixture.
2 Put into a roasting tin and pour the stock around. Roast for 35 mins until fully cooked through. Serve with mash if you fancy.
