SKIRT THE ISSUE
First measure the vertical drop for your curtain, then measure the space horizontally. Take the horizontal measurement and double it. Take the vertical measurement and add 5cm (for hemming).
Now cut your fabric panel to your measurements, taking into consideration any pattern placement if you're using a patterned fabric.
TO ATTACH THE SKIRT TO THE SINK OR CUPBOARD FRAME WITH VELCRO:Hem your fabric all the way around by turning it over by 2.5cm twice, ironing it flat and machine-stitching along the edge.
