Aptly named Garden House, this family home in Victoria reflects the owners’ passion for gardening while providing “a sense of lightness and stillness that will settle them into their retiring years,” says Stephanie Kitingan, project architect at Placement. While the green fascia ties the structure into its environment, it’s the warm white brick that “settles it into the landscape,” says Stephanie. “Tonally, the cream and white hues lend a lightness.”
