To capture the amazing scenery towards Dorstberg, Van der Merwe Orffer Architecture orientated the property in this direction, giving all bedrooms and living spaces uninterrupted views. The design also allowed for an engaging entertainment space towards a separate pavilion, which enables these residents to use the inside and outside living spaces seamlessly.
