Harper’s Bazaar: Ensemble India recently turned 36, how has the journey been?
Tina Tahiliani Parikh: “It’s been a labour of love and very exciting. Ensemble practically launched all of India’s top designers today so you can just imagine the high of that kind of discovery. We’re proud of promoting talent and finding a vocabulary for our stores that mirrors the way we look at clothes. It’s been a journey of growth not just by adding new stores, but discovering what this country has to offer, and showing it in the best possible way.”
HB: The market for multi-designer stores has evolved rapidly over the years. How do they stay relevant in this changing landscape?
