Envisioned by Vincenzo De Cotiis, a visionary architect who approaches space the way a painter approaches a blank canvas with bold strokes and an eye for reinvention. Given the bones of an 18th-century palazzo, he reimagined its purpose entirely. The hotel's unique ambiance stems from its innovative and original use of materials, inspired by the Arte Povera style.

The design transforms the space into a dynamic stage for installations, exhibitions, and performances, leaving a lasting impression on everyone who visits and immerses themselves in its distinctive atmosphere. Since its launch in 2004, it has made a name for itself with its unprecedented ability to break the traditional frameworks of the hotel industry with its avant-garde spaces and rooms.
