STEPHEN'S FIGHTING TO STOP HIS WIFE BEING BURIED WITH THE MAN WHO KILLED HER SONS
Cruel twist in Farquharson case CINDY DIDN'T WANT THIS'

When Cindy Gambino Moules passed away last May aged 50 following a cardiac episode, her family took some comfort in knowing her broken heart had ceased aching. For Cindy was finally reunited with the three sons she tragically lost on Father's Day in 2005.

Her ex-husband, Robert Farquharson, deliberately drove his car, with their sons Jai, Tyler and Bailey in it, into a dam near their home in Winchelsea in rural Victoria.

"Cindy took that suffering to her grave, and beyond," her second husband, Stephen Moules, tells New Idea. "At least Cindy is at peace now beside her boys, which is all she ever wanted."

But in a sick twist, Stephen has learnt Farquharson could be reunited with the family he destroyed upon his own death, as he owns the burial plot at Winchelsea Cemetery where Cindy and her boys have been laid to rest.

Stephen made the shock discovery while planning Cindy's funeral. He was told he needed the killer dad's permission to bury her in the plot. He is now fighting to have the asset transferred back to his late wife's estate.

"My lawyers had to get his consent," an enraged Stephen, 55, explains. "After everything he's done... Cindy always said she wouldn't have him anywhere near her."
