Meat lovers, this one’s for you. In celebration of a decade of culinary excellence, Una has unveiled a new menu conceptualised by two Michelin-starred powerhouses: executive chef Tom Kung of Una and chef Diego Grimberg of Hofmann Restaurant, who recently took on the role of culinary adviser.
The revamped menu features gold-standard Rubia Gallega, billed as one of the world’s best grades of beef for its exquisite flavour and tenderness. Other offerings include Asado-grilled milkfed Moralejo lamb, and ham made from Spain’s finest 5J Iberico pork, which had been acorn-fed for 48 months.
