This 2023, Tatler Asia and Gen.T proudly launch an exciting new project that is a first of its kind. In banking on the interest of NFT art, Gen.T has partnered with Singaporean honouree and artist Dawn Ang, who creates and designs under Aeropalmics. For the project with Gen.T, she has designed a variety of adorable phoenix characters. The collection, aptly named Phoenixes of Tomorrow, is a unique digital keepsake given to every 2023 Gen.T honouree across the Tatler Asia network.
Though the Phoenixes of Tomorrow cannot be sold or traded, there is an accompanying version of each phoenix called Friends of Phoenixes. These “friends” are NFT copies of the original version that can be differentiated through a small badge on the bird’s chest. Each original Phoenix of Tomorrow has a hundred Friends of Phoenix copies currently sold on the NFT marketplace, OpenSea, for 0.06 ETH, a rough equivalent of US$100.
