"There was a defining moment early in my career when the pressure was relentless, and I found my health taking a back seat," she recounts. This, plus her two sons, served as a much-needed wake-up call, shifting her priorities as an established businesswoman and devoted mum. "It taught me that wellness is the true wealth that fuels our ambitions. Since then, I've seen self-care as non-negotiable it's the foundation that my productivity and creativity stand upon," she adds.
