Hitting upon a great eatery in Goa is more like a Jack in the Box (since they pop up so often) rather than a jackpot. From mom and pop joints to beach shacks, trendy taverns and fine-dine establishments, choice is the scourge of plenty here.

This makes Paper Moon's debut in the land of extraordinary food even more remarkable. At the outset, though, it's fair to state that housed within the stunningly located Taj Fort Aguada in Goa, the battle is half won even before your first delightful morsel.
