Striker Grigg, who went to Euro 2016 with Northern Ireland, has scored 124 goals in 438 EFL appearances and in 2019 made a £3m move from Wigan Athletic to Sunderland. Now 31, he spent last season with MK Dons in League One.
Former Portsmouth, Derby and Burton Albion midfielder Naylor, also 31, won the League One title with Wigan in 2021 and played 36 times as the Latics were relegated from the Championship last season.
