LIAM McDonald wants to breathe new life into Stourbridge but isn't underestimating the challenge ahead.
The 39-year-old for mer Redditch United and Solihull Moors boss has stepped down at Rushall Olympic to drop a level for the Glassboys job.
He takes over following a 12th-place finish in the Southern Premier Centrala division he guided Rushall out of, via the playoffs, 12 months ago.
And McDonald is determined to bring new energy to the club that is often seen to have real potential to compete higher up the Pyramid.
"The project at Stourbridge is a big one," McDonald told The NLP.
"There's a lot to do at the football club, there is more to do than just put a team out on a pitch on a Saturday.
"The chairman has entrusted me and my staff as the ones who will go in and change that. That's from the culture of the club, to playing staff, to the way we play and having an identity and an imprint of what we are on the football club.
