OPENER SUCCESS AT LAST FOR FC!

It was a result which put an end to the Nottinghamshire side’s incredible 37-game unbeaten run in the NPL, which stretched back all the way to the start of last season.

“It was all about winning this first game of the season today, so there was loads of pressure on us, but the lads responded well and we came through it, so we’ve got to be happy with winning, but for us it’s only game one,” he said.
