Manoj Das appointed in CMO while holding additional charge of Home as ACS; Pankaj Joshi given charge of Ports while Sunaina Tomar transferred as ACS Education; Jayanti Ravi makes a comeback to Gujarat as ACS Revenue

In a major administrative shakeup, the government transferred 18 senior IAS officials on Wednesday. The move followed the retirement of A K Rakesh, who held the additional charge of the Home department. Previously, senior IAS officer Pankaj Joshi had also held this additional charge.

Additional Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Das has been reappointed to the Chief Minister's Office (CMO) and given the additional charge of the Home department. This marks Das's return to the CMO after previously serving during former CM Vijay Rupani’s tenure.
