CREDAI to host property show at Ganesh Ground in Thaltej

CREDAI Ahmedabad is set to host its 19th GIHED Property Show from January 3rd to 5th at the Ganesh Ground in Thaltej. The event will showcase over 250 properties from 50 developers, with 80% of them being residential projects.

The show will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel on January 3rd, with Harsh Sanghavi, Minister of State for Home, also in attendance.

Meeting growing demand

CREDAI Ahmedabad President Dhruv Patel highlighted the importance of the show, saying, "Ahmedabad is one of India's fastest-growing cities, and migration has fuelled a surge in housing demand. This year's show is a prime opportunity for buyers to find their dream property."
