Court reserves verdict on anticipatory bail plea of hospital director Rajshree Kothari after prosecution files affidavit outlining dubious means of the hosp to fleece patients
'Hosp directors misused PMJAY'

The Crime Branch on Monday vehemently opposed the anticipatory bail plea of Khyati hospital director Rajshree Kothari, presenting an affidavit that paints a damning picture of the hospital's operations. According to investigators, the directors prioritized profits over patient welfare and were allegedly complicit in all activities at the hospital. After hearing arguments from both sides, the court has reserved its verdict.

Rajshree Kothari has filed anticipatory bail pleas in three cases, asserting she has no connection to the fraudulent activities. She assured the court that she would adhere to all bail conditions if granted relief.
