Amit Shah holds marathon meeting in Gandhinagar, conveys message of high command that ministers who don't perform will face axe; CM Bhupendra Patel, Mansukh Mandaviya, Paatil, Harsh Sanghavi present

The BJP high command has taken the state ministers to task and warned them to improve their performance. The ministers have been categorically told that they are under review until the Lok Sabha elections after which the party will take a call.

Also on the anvil is expansion of the state organisation a couple of general secretaries will be appointed soon. Union Home Minister and senior BJP leader Amit Shah held a marathon meeting with state President C R Paatil, Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya at the residence of Mos Home Harsh Sanghavi. The meeting, which began at 1 am, went on until 5 am on Monday.
