Valuations of alternative investment funds, relaxing rules on disclosures and governance), and norms on investment advisors and finfluencers will be on the table of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) for approval at its board meeting scheduled for June 27, according to sources.
Apart from these, there will be about 20 other items.
The regulator may approve an application of the International Private Equity and Venture Capital Valuation Guidelines (IPEV) for unlisted securities held by alternative investment funds (AIFS).
