TVS Motor Company on Thursday reported a 5 per cent dip in its net profit for the January-March quarter (Q4Fy22) at ₹275 crore year-on-year (YoY).

But, its net profit for the financial year jumped 32 per cent to 894 crores.

The company's board has elevated Sudarshan Venu as managing director, with effect from May 5. He is the son of TVS Motor's Chairman Emeritus, Venu Srinivasan.
