Ross Watson was hailed as a miracle baby when he arrived on August 21, 1994 - he had been a frozen embryo for 14 months as his parents tried IVF treatment.
His mum Carol and dad Alan had spent £8,000 on fertility help and had decided he was to be their final attempt for a child.
But yesterday he and wife Annika celebrated their joint 30th birthday with their families.
Annika followed Ross into the world at Wordsley Hospital in Stourbridge, West Mids, at 3am.
