BEN EARL admitted England are licking their wounds after a frustrating Autumn Series - but urged his side to turn the pain into results come the Six Nations.

The backrow won his 37th cap in Sunday's 59-14 win over Japan, which provided precious little cheer after narrow losses to New Zealand, Australia and South Africa.
