THE family of an asthmatic five year-old boy who died after getting tonsillitis has branded a review into the hospital which sent him home as being a "cover-up".
The mum and uncle of Yusuf Mahmud Nazir said the report left out 13 pages of "relevant" evidence.
They told the Mirror it had not included key CCTV footage, WhatsApp messages, videos, pictures, and witness testimonies they claim showed the seriousness of Yusuf's breathing difficulties.
The pair want hospital bosses to learn lessons from what happened on November 15, 2022.
