
AN EastEnders' villain has ended up in Paradise... and on the right side of the law.
Don Gilet, who was Enders' murderer Lucas Johnson, is the new lead detective in crime drama Death in Paradise.
His character, detective inspector Mervin Wilson, helps tackle a case on Saint Marie in this year's Christmas special.
He then replaces DI Neville Parker (Ralf Little) on the fictional Caribbean island for series 14 of the drama in 2025.
