Blind comedian set to cash in on Glitterball triumph
NICOLA METHYEN
Quick, quick, dough

AFTER lifting the Glitterball on Saturday, Chris McCausland is the hottest ticket in town and could cash in to the tune of £1million.

Tickets to his UK stand-up comedy tour are selling out fast and TV execs are battling to sign him up in acting and presenting roles.

Chris, 47, is also credited with bringing Strictly back from the brink after it was mired in controversy ahead of this series following complaints from former contestants about abusive behaviour.

And as a blind man, his achievement has been hailed as changing the way that the blind community is represented on mainstream TV.
