DONALD Trump used a bin lorry as his campaign vehicle as he aimed to take advantage of Joe Biden's latest gaffe.
The President called supporters of the Republican candidate "garbage" during the fallout from a controversial Trump rally.
Never one to pass up a publicity stunt, former Apprentice host Trump posed in a personalised rubbish truck during a rally.
"Joe Biden should be ashamed of himself," he told fans in Wisconsin, one of a few key battleground states which will decide Tuesday's election.
Democrat rival Kamala Harris was still in damage control mode yesterday, as she urged Americans to stop pointing fingers at each other.
Speaking to supporters in Raleigh, North Carolina, the vice president addressed the fallout from Biden's remark.
She said: "I strongly disagree with any criticism of people based on who they vote for." Later, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, she said: "We know we have an opportunity in this election to turn the page on a decade of Donald Trump, who has been trying to keep us divided and afraid of each other. I am not looking to score political points. I am looking to make progress."
