FORENSICS officers spent Boxing Day searching for evidence after two women were stabbed to death.
The victims, aged 38 and 24, were attacked inside a block of apartments at about 6.30pm on Christmas Day.
A man and a teenage boy were seriously hurt, and a 49-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder.
Senior investigating officer Detective Chief Inspector Stuart Brangwin said: "We have made an arrest and are not looking for anyone else in connection with this incident, and the parties are known to each other."
