The veteran boss raised the stakes ahead of the sellout clash by suggesting it was a knock-out game to reach the finals in Germany automatically.
Page's position has come under scrutiny with Football Association of Wales chief executive Noel Mooney hinting the 49-year-old's position will be discussed if the Dragons fail to make the top two in Group D.
A top-two place would see the country qualify automatically but a third-place finish would put them into the play-offs.
Dalic's side surprisingly lost at home to Turkey on Thursday night and, unless Wales beat them in Cardiff, they are almost certain to finish no better than third.
