A TERROR suspect accused of plotting attacks in Kenya with White Widow Samantha Lewthwaite faces being deported back to Britain within days.

Jermaine Grant, 40, is set to be returned to the UK after serving nine years in prison for possessing bomb-making materials and forging immigration papers.

After his arrest at a flat he shared with Lewthwaite in Mombasa, Kenyan police accused him of being involved in a plot against hotels visited by foreign tourists.

A court acquitted him of conspiracy over the alleged plot and he is now free.

Lewthwaite, whose husband Germaine Lindsay was one of the four suicide bombers who killed 52 people in London in 2005, escaped when police caught Grant in 2011.
